We offer our customers FREE SHIPPING!! 

All orders are processed before 11:00AM in the morning and all items will be scheduled for dispatch the following day,

however, on certain products delivery can take up to 5 business days. We will notify you by email and you can

track your order on our website when you login to your account.  Weareverything.com cannot be held responsible for

orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.

NB: There is currently no other shipping options.

International Orders...

Please ensure that you check for any import duties that may apply to your purchase, as we cannot be held responsible

for any addtional charges that your purchase may incur. 

Delivery Shortages…

All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Taysidemedia.com within 3 days of the delivery date.

Returns & Exchanges…

At Taysidemedia.com, we want you to be happy with both our products and our service, however if for any reason you

would like to exchange or return items for a refund, you can do so as long as the items are in their original, resellable

condition, unworn, the protective strips are in place and the tags are still attached.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the conditions above are not met with, we reserve the right to

return the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and

non exchangeable.

How to return an item…

All goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee, If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are

happy to exchange items or issue a refund. Returns must be received within 14 days from receipt of goods.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit therefore we recommend that you send your returns by

registered post and retain proof of posting. As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request.

For replacement items you will not be charged for postage. All refunds will be made through PayPal through the card

used on the original purchase and will take approx 2-3 days to show in your bank account.
